CTS is no joke. I got it.
Woke up one day and my thumb, index and middle fingers were pins and needles and wouldn't stop pins and needling no matter how much I shook them out. Scary stuff.
If you can, lads, get a gel wrist rest or equivalent. It did wonders for my CTS. Also remember to keep your wrist straight while computering if possible. Wrist angles bork your carpal tunnel.
