Considering there are three chapters ‘til the end, presumably between 1-3 chapters or never.So... how long till shit hits the fan?
1 panelSo... how long till shit hits the fan?
It has already hit, we're just waiting to see how far it'll spread across the room.So... how long till shit hits the fan?
27 years back the Idaten would've stopped the spread of demon cells. Is this story kinda dumb? Getting edgy for no reason. Miku plan of getting demons everywhere => wins? kinda doesn't matter because Idaten doesn't really care in general.
So the only problem left is Gil, but if Miku started doing this peace thing 27 years back it's not like Gil would object.
She also doesn't seem to have any card, it's not like she actually could control the countless demons all countries seem to have now.
So it just seem like this is getting edgy about goodness for absolutely no reason, am I not seeing the author's vision here?
Being a pdf just to get 0 leverages that you could actually control, relying on only card you always have(the demon lord) and waiting 27 years just for this is a wild work.
1. They were literally letting humans create demons for years at this point.27 years back the Idaten would've stopped the spread of demon cells.
Miku also doesn't need to control the demons, they're basically one with humanity, and the Idaten don't give af about humanity destroying itself (wich we know from the beginning), it's not like they could've ever won in raw power either.
I agree the series is edgy as fuck, but has always been so IMO, plus the whole goodness thing has been in the air since the beginning, and directly adressed since Idaten Gil came into being.
The Idaten could've definetly killed her and other OG demons, but it's not like she could've ever kidnapped and killed any other Idaten, and she knows they're not beyond working with demons since they were ok with the lobotomites.
"Getting" edgy?Is this story kinda dumb? Getting edgy for no reason. Miku plan of getting demons everywhere => wins? kinda doesn't matter because Idaten doesn't really care in general.

Miku right now is kinda trying her best to prolong an already losing battle + gamble one more time in the Demon Lord. Because human and demon are fused together while human are the one who actively choose to fuse, Hayato and Rin lost any remaining interest in purging demon kind make Miku stalled all the time needed for the final gamble. Even if Demon Lord support Idaten then nothing change much, they have to interest in human-demon moral and politics, but if Demon Lord win then he can/may kill 2 strongest Idaten right now in the upcoming battle. Its a win-win gamble for Miku cause when you're already at bottom, the only way is up.1. They were literally letting humans create demons for years at this point.
And it’s not like the Idaten has problem with demons, specifically at least, we’ve already seen their reasoning and that’s because demons used to just be rampaging monsters.
The reason why Idaten intervened is because humans were actually in danger of being wiped out, for Idaten, human wars are just not enough of a threat.
2. So that means Miku has nothing to actually negotiate with, and this also was mentioned in the 1st point but Idatens were hunting demons because demons were out for them in the first place.
3. Yeah, the Idatens could and Miku plan didn’t change anything really.
That means, either Idatens would still be cared enough to wipe out demons again or they’ll just let it go, neither really necessitated spreading demons.
Idatens are straight up ageless immortal after all, why would a scaled-up demon population give them a single pause.
So in my conclusion, Miku’s plan of spreading demons just doesn’t seem to actually accomplish much but to be edgy for no reason?
