Fun fact, it's not realy unique, 1 times out 10²⁴ (or 1'000'000'000'000'000'000'000'000 lol) you can find someone with the same fingerprint as you. So yep you would be truly unlucky if someone else had exactly the same but the possibility still exist x).

@Mortaze Well, let's also take into account that there are only around 7 Billion (7,000,000,000) people alive right now, and the probability goes down even more.

Probability is increased by the inaccurate matching techniques and incomplete fingerprints. You can use the Drake Equation for a more accurate estimation:
N = R* • fp • ne • fl • fi • fc • L

@CodeAmmo,

I thought so at first too, like they skipped one. But the chapter numbers are right in the images on page 1, so no mistake. Though if you consider how easy-going Loen and the Earl have been the whole time, and how almost absurdly care-free Julchaga is acting, maybe they just get along enough to let theft and attempted murder slide???

Well, Bard at the very least probably didn't take it seriously. Rather, he was probably thankful to get the chance to kill that bastard without breaking any laws.

Best detail on this chap is the bamboo cup. Haven't seen any other "medieval" manga with such attention to detail, especially isekai.

@seekermoc - Julchaga didn't actually take part in the attempted murder - he just hung around in the back waiting for a chance to steal the letter. At least, I'm assuming that that's how everyone is taking it. Also, kid has cache as being something of a folk hero who doesn't kill, so if Bard's willing to back him, the Earl is likely to trust his judgement. Also, the only reason Julchaga was caught at all was because he rescued a drowning kid.

Really not liking how Earl of Rintz is treating the thief like an old friend. Thief kid feels like a Mary Sue.

Indeed, the way the characters get along with the thief is....Unsettling. I think the author wanted to pull-out a "Vegeta", a villain that ends up joining the crew (or the author wanted a "Rogue" to join the Hero's Party, now we're just missing a priest and a firemage), but it's incredibly rushed this time around. It truly does seem like the main characters are extremely aloof.
