It wasn’t dropped. No. Rather the manga quite literally just ended after a few chapters. Will Umaru ever return? Honestly. Probably not. Maybe a few years down the line we might get like an epilogue but thats the most I think we would get aside from maybe a third season of the anime if we get lucky.
