With this chapter, the manga again takes the lead for the adaptation race (against the LN adaptation), also seems they skip A LOT to get to this scene/part of the story.

Back in the days he made Angelica wear a slain Living Armor when she was still a pile of bones. That thing transformed/adapted to her so she had some sort of shell. Later he gave her some items. IIRC it was a ring that brings good luck and happiness, a bracelet and some necromancy jewel. If I'm not wrong, the bracelet completely destroyed the curse she was under and the gemstone had control over life and death which is what gave Angelica a flesh and blood body.

I think it was a combination of effects, the living armor has a curse that binds it to your flesh so it can't come off, the ring reverses luck/curses, and the lich's jewel gives you immortal undeath. So, when it was all reversed by the ring, the armor gave her flesh and the jewel brought her body to life.

That much is for sure - ah, by the way, found it: the artifacts and effects where mentioned earlier but in Chapter 60 it's explained what actually happened. Leaves the question, if that's Angelica's original body and if so, could she go back... or rather, would she even want that? She seems to be quite fond of her new, artificial body and her connection to Haruka.
