She revived herself with the necromancer jewel, so she should be alive now and not a skeleton ( unless she used it again to return to her undead form ).
I would go with the later option and say she clearly is a strong warrior so the heat probably isn't all that bad for her.

We don´t really know if you need to defeat all bosses or just the last one, but I would say @Drifter got the right idea.

That or they are all escaping in fear because the last boss was defeated.
This usually isn't a problem as normally you defeat all bosses and monsters on the way, but it is now because the MC skipped levels by jumping down the hole.

If you read the manga only, you probably come under the impression that Haruka is sane or at least close to sane. And that's not really all you loose from it. Read the WN - https://www.novelupdates.com/series/lonely-attack-on-the-different-world/
It is entertaining and hilarious.

And with all the people here who can't understand the interaction with Haruka's classmates, they're really missing out on too much from only getting what's in the manga. The manga is simply missing way, way too much.

Still not even remotely close to the op bullsh** that the mc from Shinka no Mi is capable of.
There's a scene in the novel where him just getting angry knocks 99% of all sentient life in the surrounding area unconcious, and makes all animal life run away and never return to the area around the school where he got mad.
There's another where he clenches his hand a little too hard, and space itself begins to strain to keep stable around his fist. And both of those are before chapter 100, I believe.

@Riger one of his skills makes him level slower (wooden doll I think) but compared to the others in his class he gets way more stats per level though the more stat points per level might be due to his maxed luck

It is the opposite. I don't truly think this needs a spoiler but -

She pretty well loves him, and she's hardly alone. He doesn't need that affection ring at all. See the manga cuts out things like the girl's meetings (and their point of view entirely), where back in the woods they where planing to protect Haruka because he is - in theory - incredibly weak. Which he really is in terms of levels, and that's a problem. He's constantly one hit away from death. He always makes sure that hit doesn't land, but if it did... death. Or a skill he has no resistance against because of the level wall. He's a speed-build/glass cannon who's always casually doing reckless thing after reckless thing only to survive by pure luck. Even when not rushing into danger, he's always doing impulsive things. He's getting scolded etc precisely because they do care, but he doesn't process it at all. There are comments like "What the heck?! Every time I go up to him to thank him, I end up yelling at him instead!" but Haruka's way of speaking/reacting/interpreting everything has a lot to do with that. Haruka is madness, but it doesn't really come across in the manga.

Just as a small example, before he fell in the current dungeon he was looking at renovating the dungeons to live in. When he got yelled at for wanting to live in a dungeon, he was still secretly smoothing the floor as they when through the level and planning his renovations... and he fell.

BTW the plunder skill would require her to kill her target. She can't steal a skill at will. Also unmentioned are the skills she plundered from orcs and goblins... let your imagination guide you. In any case much of the class have feelings for him, and they're all quite grateful to him. He doesn't get it at all.

Also note the novel I linked is R18, though it isn't translated nearly up to the point where it earns the rating.
