Oh and one of them is now making marriage proposal to her.


Oh and suddenly she's involved in the succession dispute of the royal family.

Spring (Water Goddess) is green because that's when new plants sprout.
Summer (Fire God) is blue because that's the season of clear blue sky.
Autumn/Fall (Wind Goddess) is yellow representing the golden wheat for harvest.
Winter (Life God) is red for the burning flame of the hearth.

It's also the season most associate with child making, both from the myth of the yandere Life God and his waifu Earth Goddess, as well as because there's no work to be done in Winter.

So in this universe 'Winter is Coming' has a totally different meaning/context

When Chief Priest went to report the result of the negotiation, Temple Head was not amused so he try to set up some troublesome attendants to Myne out of spite.

Delia was from Temple Head's own faction, he sent her mainly to be a spy on what Myne's doing.
Gil is THE trouble kid of the orphanage, so Chief Priest suggest him to appease Temple Head because 'he's totally not going to listen to her' reasoning.
Fran is Chief Priest's own choice, because he's the most capable attendant he has, so he sent him to Myne hoping for him to support her. However Fran misunderstood this as a demotion and is quite depressed + disappointed at how Myne act.

And Myne didn't really care about how they act since she has neither the stamina nor want to waste the time in dealing with them initially, she just want to read books.
(p.s. her skipping lunch is about to come back to bite her)

In order of 'capture':
Myne quickly solve Fran's misunderstanding about his 'demotion', and after learning that the reason he's rather displeased with her is her un-noble manner, she started to act more nobly (or rather 'like an ojou-sama') which helped.
(she even make diptych ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wax_tablet ) just to give one to him, Lutz also get one and Benno requested one when he saw what she's making)

Gil is next by Myne making him do some simeple work ('threaten' that those who don't work, don't eat), and praising him when he actually do the work properly. He started improving after that.
(later on when she started making some karuta cards, Myne asked for Gil's opinion on who should do the picture/writing, Gil started stuttering how he doesn't care about the art, but he definitely want Myne to do the writing because her writing is really pretty, and then he reached his limit of embarrassment and ran out screaming. Myne then decided to wholeheartedly focus on the writing)

Delia's 'capture' start after Gil showed Myne to the orphanage, and she saw the horrid state the room with pre-baptism children was in.
Gil was surprise at how bad it got in the time after he left. Delia was in there until just a yea ago, so her situation was quite bad too.
So when Myne started making plans to give them work and thus earning the money to at least feed themselves, Delia was tsundere about it (she acted like she didn't care, but also wouldn't mind if Myne could save those children)
When Myne kept her promise, Delia in her conflicted emotion cry to Myne that "why couldn't you have been here earlier, why couldn't you have saved me..."
Myne consoled her, and from then on Delia started taking her attendant job more seriously.

Though she's still on Temple Head's side overall, and it's after the Temple Head betray her at the end of arc 2 that she's fully on Myne's side.
