Since it's hard to come through in English translation, I figure I'll point it out here:
So how you speak to someone in Japanese can also denote whether you consider yourself above/below them in position,and there's multiple level of this. (hence her initial thought being 'going for this one might be too high')
In term of the result, Myne chose to copy the 'ojou-sama' style of speech. In the more yamato nadeshiko type of ojou-sama, not the drill hair ohohohohoho one.

The ring on Head Priest's finger functions as an outlet to output magic, so he can cast that blessing easier.
Myne's wondering about magic: Yes, she's going to do a lot of them.
Including a lot of blessings in the arc's finale (prepare a few box of tissues, and maybe a soft pillow to go fetal position in)
Head Priest will teach her a lot of things because her magic power is so high that she definitely NEED proper education to avoid her magic outburst causing devastating damage.
And because she doesn't know the 'standard' of study for nobles, she just take whatever he setup as the 'norm' and work hard to pass it.
Unsurprisingly, what he taught her was NOT the normal amount of studying or the goal he set the typical goal (like he tell her to fully memorize something, when in the actual ceremony she can have the holy book to look at, this come in handy later)
Pleased with his 'excellent student', Head Priest keep pushing the difficulty higher to see how far she can go...

Despite her collapsing, Myne felt no fever and if anything it's more of her body feeling more on the cold side, and there's no suffering or anything.
After a lot of PANIC from everyone involved (for once we get to see Head Priest's terrified face) Benno took Myne back for Lutz to check on her.
On the way out Myne talked with Fran to clear up his misunderstanding, including the 'proof' that Head Priest trust Fran very much (that he ordered Fran to get used to managing Myne's health, ignoring Myne who's his supposed master sitting right there)
On the ride home, Benno was overly worried over her, and Mark remarked that Myne isn't Riza (his ex girlfriend who died)
Back at the shop, Lutz checked on her, and her stomach growled in the middle of that.
While Mark went to prepare some food and Benno went to get changed, Lutz asked what did she eat for lunch.
Myne "It's a waste of my reading time so I didn't"
Lutz "Hah?"
Myne "When I'm reading I can go about 2 days without reading and still be ok"
Lutz "...and 'when' was this about?"
When Benno got back and heard about her skipping lunch being part of why she collapsed, it turned into scolding session.
Also, the reason she was unable to move was actually because the magic power that's normally in her body disappeared when she did the offering earlier in the day, so once she let out some magic from her 'box' back into her body, she could move again.
The result of the scolding session: Benno order Lutz to tell Fran to give detailed reports on whether she use magic that day, and whether she ate lunch etc.
If she skip lunch to keep reading, they'll ask Head Priest to BAN her from the library room.
And she get one more angry serving from Tuuli for not taking care of herself.
The next day Myne, Tuuli and Lutz head out ot meet Benno at the location of the Italian Restaurant to check on its remodeling progress, with the plan to visit the old clothes store (well, high class old clothes, not the old clothes store that Myne's family use...that come later) after that to buy clothes for Myne's attendants (since Fran couldn't follow her yesterday due to having only his grey priest robe)
During this, Benno basically tell Myne to learn all she can about magic power from Head Priest, since he's a capable man despite being so young.

Benno "I don't know what's 'young' for a brat like you...but from his appearance he should be around 22-23? Though it felt like he hasn't experienced much of the world so there's a chance he's younger...
