Agreed, call him out to help her, he didn't really want to but he did it anyways to be nice so she would be able to get food. Then she kinda railroads him into dinner when he already had some soft plans and was feeling tired. He tries to tell said person that he is going and she says he is being rude for answering said message? This is after she just tossed her body at him and he said he was uninterested in just a casual relationship. I would say she is still trying to get into his pants and it's getting annoying.

All that said MC does not seem to have much of a backbone still and If this were not a harem he would 100% not have 4 different girls who like him. At first it was interesting with the weird dynamics of the 3 way relationship, then it adds another girl and another girl who is annoying.
