As much as Hikari not forgiving Yami should be the way forward, i just cant see Hikari not forgiving her btw. I have said it before in prev chapter discussion, but i just think Hikari is way too good of a friend and/or human being for her not to forgive Yami lol. Even in this chapter, she still saying to Yami how she needs to be honest with herself and saying all the lying only led to her hurting herself instead.

I also think Hikari will end up forgiving Yami in the end, but I honestly have no idea how Maruto’s going to pull it off… it just feels impossible to me. How do you write something like that without it coming off as contrived or just plain bad writing?

Btw, what website did you use for translating this btw? I always use the translate page feature if i want to read the novel chapter before the translated manga chapter got out but as you can imagine the quality is not as good as this lol

You know what? Fair enough. Hikari, an absolute angel, should the two of them be together, and change the fuck out of thst school and never see those two again. Or maybe mantain contact with Yuu, that man is not a bad person, just kind of dumb and not that honest

I think i need to see the next chapter to confirm my theory, but i think its more of she doesn't want to even start a relationship, or really discuss the possibility of a relationship with yuu when she clearly knows theres undisclosed feelings/tensions between yuu and hikari, and she doesn't want to do anything until that is settled.

This chapter is even further evidence for how lopsided Hikari and Yuu's "friendship" is. They're both interested in each other, yet only one of the two is even bothering to consider the feelings of the other with a cool head. He's not as much of a victim as people are trying to say he is, and this whole blowout could have been greatly diminished if he would have stopped thinking with his dick for just a few seconds and see how obviously now wasn't the time to confess due to something clearly being wrong with his "friend".

I don't think he's over yami, i say that bc if he was really over her, he would have no problem telling hikari about his relationship with her. he even asked yami did she keep their relationship a secret from hikari in the kiss chapter from yuu and yami's perspective. He would need to be very clear to yami if he was over her. If he's fully done with her, he just needs to say the 2 magic words "FUCK OFF" lmao

Yeah i agree with you. Really dont know how maruto will pull off Hikari and Yami patching things up, especially after some of the comment made by Yami on this chapter.
