So they're are basically no negatives to stay besides living very long and the negatives of leaving is Noel dying, but what's stopping her from finding him a new master? She's being completely babied so where's the tension?

Also the God's motivations are inconsistent for the sake of the plot. He cares about the Demon Lord going insane and suffering but perpetuates this system. He wants other worlders to help develop civilization but not too much because that might make the Demon Lord cycle irrelevant. Stupid Reene won't even ask for a real explanation beyond she's a loser who didn't have any attachments to Earth.

Staying for however long then dying and returning to your previous world at the exact moment you left with or without your memories at your discretion has got to be the most one-sided choice to make. Why would you even need to think about it?

To be fair you have to have very high IQ to understand Gaia. His humour is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of the multiverse theory, most of his jokes will go over typical readers' head.

Well, given how MANGA BASED Japanese people's personalities are it is a really hard choice for Reene. I mean they always value friendship and family a whole lot, even to the point where they let it become the source of the blackmail from the villains. But in reality, I mean this world of ours, it's not that much of a difficult choice to make, true living for 300 or 5000 years when the average lifespan is at best 90 years it might be a bit hard on her mentally (I mean like in the movie On time where they can live forever by adding time or live less by having time taken from you) cuz given that she will still remain young physically her body won't be a problem then. Now, what she can do is keep herself busy with an objective so as to not feel like time passes slowly and become crazy from it. Another problem that arises from having a long life span is having friends and family without it. She will see them be born, grow, have families of their own and die while she will still be young. This will cause her pain emotionally, pain that may be reduced if she meets people with similar or equal lifespans as her. This is the downside of the so very much desired immortality by us humans.
Now, Gaia is telling Reene that she might live that long but that is not set in stone yet cuz there are many, many ways of dying during that time which means she won't necessarily live that long if she were to die from something.

We all know she doesn't have the personality to where she'll abandon Noel. Therefore, the obvious choice is that she'll stay in this world.......as for whether or not she'll marry Demon lord whatsit, tis debatable.

What a dumb question. I was going to say being able to live 300 years is a sweet deal, but 5000? Even better. Heck, I'd ask to not have my mana shut off once returned as well. Get to live on earth for another 300 years and be an amazing magical healer? What a sweet deal.

Like protagonist in Death March kara Hajimaru Isekai Kyousoukyoku he got OP skills in isekai cause of his programming skills.

It obviously she can't handle to leave Noel behind so she will stay in world, what is it to lose anyway.
She want to leave in that world because of her family worried, but what is it to be worried anyway when she return back same time as she got summoned.
She could stay in that world until her lifespan end and later return back to earth

It's quite simple. Really. As this "god" is throwing in those freebies so rapidly, just haggle in the right to meet with Gaia and the right to change her mind and return, whenever she wants to. Then she has all the time to think about it, find a solution for the demon dog and look into the Demon Lord/Destruction Cycle thing, that irks her so much and maybe somehow change it.
