People have been saying it in this thread but... Having just read all of it in a row I really hope Liz and Miyabi don't end up together.

The "romance" tag has been there the whole time but absolutely nothing about their characterization or their relationship feels romantic between them. Hell maybe not even platonic, they feel more like brother and sister.

I don't have high hopes for it not happening cause manga certainly tends toward that kind of thing somehow being romance but I'd prefer they never have them end up with anyone than end up together. It's probably too late to introduce any new characters as romantic lead options without getting backlash or being shoehorned.

For a moment it seemed like they might make the maid and Miyabi have some chemistry but with the way her story is going it doesn't seem like that's going to happen again

Page 24: It feels like there's a connotation of: "this is a gift solely made for you." Which might lead to a marriage proposal. How romantic!!!

The alicia arc ended incredibly badly. "Work as my servent, not a friend", what an absolute heartbreaking of a statement. Remember people, they were both like sisters, AND alicia was forced to this job as a child. Alicia was no good ofc but she could've been fixed in a much better way than this. I do not see what is so much better in a life where you put your work so high up to the point you lose your most precious relationship. This whole thing also reeked of it somewhat praising the way of this class based system, which I find disgusting.

Overall, chapter ended well since I know now that the duke atleast cares for our guy here so I won't turn down my rating. But I truly hope this is fixed to some extents atleast.
