Definitely full chapters. Partial chapters always have bad cuts that is just unsatisfying to read up to, and few pages besides.

C. Whatever the raws are doing. If they're going in parts and making us suffer or going for full chapters and going forever, so be it. I've a soft spot for preserving authorial intent and all that, even if said intent is a bad decision on their part.
(That aside, whatever format works best for you will always be best. If you need more time, take it, if you need the full chapter for context when translating, do wait)
