My personal tastes could do without this obligatory Waifu but whatever. It just feels like one of those "here new player have all this cool shit to start you off!" things. The side effect being that it skips a lot of what is truly enjoyable about stories like this.

Imagine starting off a game like minecraft or Terraria or whatever with a full set of basic gear and an npc helper. I personally prefer to find everything myself and for my Isekai MC's to explore the world a bit to find their toys.
