Hm. Just noticed something.

Roxanne and Sherry's collars are thick, heavy things, with a bracket on the front with a big ring attached. Miria, on the other hand, just has a little buckled collar.

It might just be because they come from different slave shops, but it kinda jumps out how different the collars are between them. Roxanne and Sherry look like they have slave collars, while Miria looks like she has a fashion accessory.

To be honest, Roxanne and Sherry's collars look horribly uncomfortable, like they'd choke you if you tried to look down at your feet. Of course it wasn't really something I paid attention to until Miria's suddenly made the other ones stand out so much. Who knows if this will allow for a transition in style, though.

Good catch, I would also think the quality of the collars as a statement of how high class the slave shop is and the slave themself, that would be in line with Miria being from the most refined slave shop in the capital, and even from a special room in there.

Considering how "well" he treats them I'm surprised he hasn't swapped them out for more comfortable ones like what Miria wears, cause it still looks odd/clash when they put on their amber necklaces when they go to that island /city to sell it

I like how expressive her ears and tail are. Pages 8 and 9 make it really obvious.

Found a typo on page 10. It says "they were said to excel against strong against monsters". The second "against" seems to be there by mistake.

and in the panel where he's moving jobs around, there's a spacing error: "thatif" -> "that if"

I'd say the shape plays a bigger role than the amount of fur, which may look a lot but it isn't really stuffing the ear canal. Just watch a real cat twitching their ears at a slightest sound. I'm sure she's doing fine.

Then why not buy her an actual combat spear instead of having her switch to two-handed sword or short sword and shield? Definitely sounds like she's not even getting the option to use a spear at all.

The other nerd in me is thinking of all the Miqote Dragoons I get in Duty Finder in FFXIV, and having to walk that back just a tiny bit.

I checked the raw and yeah he's not saying spears are unsuited for combat, he's telling her to narrow it down to combat specifically.

We really have no idea if the collars are required or are magical or what. Another piece of missed worldbuilding opportunity.
