NGl I am Kinda confused on why the knights all suddenly like, swapped teams. I guess I will have to reread this arc once its 100% complete so I can read it all in one go.

Palinchron(Black hair/eyes) is doing it for the fun of it
Hein(Blond hair) had a moment of lunacy but was always on Lastiara’s side
Sera(Wolf girl) also cared for Lastiara but prioritized her job until Hein talked to her

Every other Knight also cares for Lastiara in their own ways but prioritize their job, i.e. bringing back the saint

Also, this basically sentient golem girl is DIFFERENT from the first girl right? That lost her arm in the dungeon with the MC against that one Fire boss monster? Have we even seen her since MC just left her at the hospital?

Yes they are different, Lastiara is the oke sitting in water, and Dia who lost her arm is the apostle
And If you’re getting confused by that, then you either skipped 10+ chapters or really need to reread the story

The dragon is metaphorically the saint, it’s also part of a story that Hein made up for Lastiara(stand in for the caretaker girl) with the “pure soul” being the compatibility between the saint and Lastiara

So Fedelt(priest) can’t sacrifice himself even if he wants to, hence why he created Lastiara to do it instead

22-24 eps would most likely end with this arc, which is quite crazy ending from what little spoilers I saw here and there.

yes. this lastiara is a girl that the mc first met outside of dungeon. this girl gave the mc exp boost in the inn. with that boost, mc at least can carry the girl that will later lost her arm fighting that fire boss monster. that girl is actually appeared in this chapter

i support every good adaptation. but i doubt this will be a hit. contrary to wistoria, this series is pretty hard to discern. i admit this series plot presentation is belong to one of 'hard to understand' series. but wait.. i actually didn't following wistoria. only first few chapters. i dislike the mc's personality

I really do follow to many manga series

If you think your following too many mangas, then I’d suggest categorizing them and putting them in separate list/bookmarks, ex: Isekai with Isekai, Romance with Romance, Finished with Finished, etc.
Like this you set a standard/average for yourself and those that fail to meet it you can drop without too much remorse, that’s what I did atleast
