No scanlator in their right mind is going to translate a manga like this and *also* go through the trouble of adding black squares that are blurred just enough to match the source material. Given how much work goes into translation, typesetting, cleaning and redrawing, and that pretty much anyone else could just drop in and de-censor their work an hour after they post it, it's probably not gonna happen.
