Not a lot of games use the d12. Most settle on the d10(0), many just stick to 5e and the d20 (and fail, because 5e is fundamentally flawed). Shockingly, the game I know that uses the d12 the most is... Ironclaw 2e, a furry rpg. And despite being furshit, the game is actually strangely competent.
