I agree Miya gets a bit better every time she says something a bit on the narcissistic side of the spectrum.
She's really riding the line between "generic moe blob waifu bait" and "somewhat interesting character" by holding herself back from fawning TOO much over the MC due to her being genre savvy.
'Course with the possible 'Office Lady Love Triangle Arc' the author might drop all pretenses.
Time will tell.

Still even with my obvious angst that has been fostered by growing tired of plain ol' wish fulfillment hogwash... I can't say no to Jumanji being the full package. I hope she wins the Office Bowl.
I'm still a monkey in the end.
