This is the same guy that is now deeply hated by most of "Isekai Yururi Kikou"'s readers.
Since he doesn't seem to know proper neither English nor Japanese. He probably just confounded the titles...
Let's just add to that that his last release on the last page of his "translation" for it (Ch. 61) says they're leaving the country and can't "translate" anymore. Then this shows up. So not only are they bad at translating, they're also a liar.

I HATE to sound ungrateful because translating is a work of love and time given to the community but... god this translation sucks.

Sorry my guy, but the quickness is not worth it, i can deal with the low res scan but the proofreading and typesetting are atrocious, i tried to read till the end but gave up, I will wait for the other team's work.

@Buraun_kohi you should stop from uploading again. You're using "No effort MTL translation and edit" to the manga you uploaded. This is a second time.

EDIT : Holy shit ! you're uploading in other manga and doing the same atrocious things. Sniping with low effort MTL.
You should get banned by admin from uploading

Dude, this reads like a ZERO edit output from the most lazily coded machine translator on the planet, even forgiving all the other horrendous quality stuff I mentioned. The only way it could have been more incomprehensible, is if it was a troll post (which it might be, tbh) that put in random words in the bubbles. Is that the "level" you consider terrible? That's not a translation, it's just shitposting.
It's obviously MTL'd, but it's definitely not that lazily done, because it is very understandable most of the time; perhaps it's just a lack of medical knowledge that causes you to perceive it as being incomprehensible? While there are obvious points that weren't edited, they are fairly few, like the background text on page 17's first panel, but the majority is fine. Seriously, this has nothing on Duwang or other even shittier translations, like some of the fan works that showed up for the series The Ravages Of Time (though thankfully we've since gotten much better quality translations).

The only obvious "edits" I see are the "notes" on the sidelines and F me if they don't only make the case stronger - the guy was so lazy, he didn't even think to question the "platypus" output when the characters were talking about blood. This (apart from being a hillarious show of idiocy) means he didn't do anything after MT, since meanignless sentences like that (and boy, are there a lot of them) are the first things you do something about. Honestly, I find it funny that this kind of shit is what you are trying to defend by claming a "lack of medical knowledge". Seriously man, it's not worth it. This whole thread is people basically saying the same.

Yeah it is a work of love, but this guy's love is far too toxic! There's no effort here and most likely hardly any time put in. It's not like this is his first shot a the same thing, take a look at his releases...

alright peoples you don't have to read this chapter for I have in my great knowledge summed it up for you.

My work here is done. You're welcome.
You actually found one non-mangled sentence there. That probably took more effort than than the "scanlation" itself.

Hmm...

I must admit, the quality is rather eccentric.

I'm not sure what program you had used to translate this (honestly, it seems like powerpoint), but the typesetting needs a fair bit of work.

The translation, is possibly the most literal I could have thought of. I'm not sure if this was MTL (as I had only read the first 3 or 4 pages), or just that your Japanese/English is a little rusty.

I don't like to snoop around people's accounts, so I'm not sure if this is your first upload or not.
If it is, I would like to congratulate you, for having the courage to take the first step.
However, before taking the next, I would advise attempting to improve your technique - possibly under the guidance of another group.

Still, don't lose hope; Everyone stumbles before they walk.

If you really do want to improve, you most definitely can, if you put your mind to it. (I'm a pretty good example, haha!)

Anyway, I'll cut this essay a little short.

Thank you for the attempt.

Regards, Lectonal.

Surely for highly technical words like haematopoiesis (or hematopoiesis if American) there’s only one way (two if you consider American vs non-American spelling of the haem- vs heme- prefix) to translate that into Japanese and back?

So I’m not sure how that got translated incorrectly.

And Auer rods being translated as Auel Bodies was kinda weird (seeing as it’s another technical term, albeit it if it’s a short word in Japanese I can see how it could get messed up). The translator is lucky Azurophilic Granules ended up as Azure granules, because with their PR capabilities I could see so many ways that one could’ve been messed up.

Also what’s with “platelet” being translated as “platych” in the table about cell life expectancy? I can’t think of what could’ve caused that.

It’s almost certainly MTL, because they use a mixture of Heme- and Haem- prefixed technical words.

Someone who has translated properly (probably with proofread, given how technical some of these terms are), would clock that they used the phrase “White Haemocell” (white blood cells shouldn’t contain haem/heme, so that’s also a bad translation of a technical term) and everywhere else they’ve talked about blood cells of any sort they’ve used “hem…”.

And those look different. If you knew what you were reading you would definitely question that.

For context, haem and heme are the same thing. Heme is used in American English and Haem is used in British English. Other varieties of English will usually use one or the other, but it will likely be consistent in a given country’s medical field.

Websites like Wikipedia use a mixture of the words, but are consistent for any given article. I suspect that whatever training data is fed into a translator wouldn’t know to be consistent, hence the inconsistency.

I might be wrong and this inconsistency could be proof this was not done by a machine, but with a super weird translation like “platych” for “platelet” makes me think this is more likely MTL

I have no clue how to block this chapter. But chapter 56 needs to be deleted. It's not even readable. It's piss poor quality. Hopefully someone else will release a better translation of chapter 56.

Seen better translations on discount Temu products. Wish that were a joke.
