one of the most useless items to have on a far away island.. since it got limited bullets, making too much noise and giving the wielder WAY too much confidence.
i would prefer a more silent hunting weapon.

Looks like a Walther PPK, IIRC it commonly fires a .32 ACP round. There've been vids of self-defense shootings where people have taken more hits with a higher caliber, like 9mm and .45 ACP, so it won't be a stretch if MC takes a few hits and still manages to take that bastard down. Probably easier to make body armor effective against that caliber too.
Thank you for the translation (lord I want her to sit on my face so much. As I kiss her anus, I can smell and taste her sweet sweat generated from intense training rolling down her beautiful butt. Saying she has a "cute ass" is an understatement; it's way more lovely, peachy, and supple than it has any right to be).
Oh, in the WN the relationship between the siblings is different. The "good" brother really tries to avoid sacrifices, and the "evil" brother is the same, eventually they kinda go civil war, with the "evil" one's group hiding from the other, who is taking care of the sick. The good brother still kills the evil brother, but I think the reason was more acceptable at least.
In the WN still both groups end up dying from sickness and stuff, at it seems the last ones who lived ended up doing "roping" before dying. MC's group never got in contact with them after all, and always avoided it. However, from what I checked on the raw chapters of the manga, that may not happen here, as I saw that MC did send some supplies and knowledge via Sophia, so the group could learn to take care of themselves. MC disguised himself as a native "isekaiman", and one of the gyarus tried to "rope" him forcibly.

The WN had many faults when I read it, the characters lacked life to their personalities, some advancements were sudden and kinda ridiculous, like the sudden production of bronze. The explicit sex scenes (they could have made them more erotic 😔) didn't feel like they compensated enough for the faults in the story.
I didn't finish the story, I think I stopped a few chapters after they introduced bronce.
