this was a pretty good arc. it would've been bad if he still tried to stay with her and it dragged out even more.

i almost, ALMOST, just the TINIEST bit feel bad for her. i think from here on she'll realize how good she could've had it and come crawling back genuinely.

Being a house husband isn't a bad deal, but if you become a house husband because she only see as a means to an end then that is an entirely different story.

True this. In an ideal world / situation, sure both partner could evenly divide and (together) tackle their works and home chores. But the reality is, its more likely that one of the partner needed to take care the home / work more, with communication between both at its key.

This girl on the other hand just want someone to take care of the home chores so she could do whatever she wants and "be herself". A "free maid", if you will. And she didn't even have a conversation with him about it like "Hey, do you mind if you take care of the home chore because my work hours are kinda long etc." (Granted he indeed did the work without complaining before, but marriage is a long term commitment). She just decide that behind his back, while boasting to her friend about how easy he is. Smh. Good riddance.

Anyway, can't wait to see more of MC and the girls lovey dovey time

Tbh i don’t think what the gf did was that wrong. Sometimes people want to settle down with a safe choice and that’s fine not everyone can have their true love. i do think talking like that behind his back sucks tho.
