Thanks to @tseng for providing the link in the comments. I didn't know the actual person from the forums (?) in desuarchive.org so I just mentioned his username as credit. This was a one-shot work from my side to support the manga. Thank you for reading.

the teacher was stupid of telling her to not reject them, he himself said she must be getting confessed coz of her sexyness, so he must have known that the guys confessing would try to do stuff with her, and she being left alone and emotionally stunted just kept carrying on the last advice her 1st love gave her

basically the teacher is a huge asshole that fucked a minor, she was probably in middle school so she was what 14 or 15? and left her with the instructions to just go along with anyone, knowing they would take advantage of her.

@tseng: I just casually copied the sequence from the other translation posted in MangaDex. I should've double-checked. 😔

@Hollow7F Based on page 7, isn't it that they were just asking her on dates and stuff so that's why he said accept them?

I could be wrong though, but that's my interpretation of it. And since she really didn't know what he meant she just followed that to it's extreme.

From what is written, it looks like the tutor was telling her to stop rejecting peoples' offers to hang out, as that would give her the opportunity to learn more about how to connect with other people. It's not clear that he was telling her to have sex with any guy who asked; that just seems to be how she ended up implementing it, possibly through a combination of heartbreak over the break-up, not understanding how to relate to other people, and what seems to be a fundamental lack of understanding of her own needs and desires: "All that was left were his instructions, 'Don't reject anyone', and me mindlessly following it."

And thank you so much, HEXyren, for putting this chapter together. It provides a critical piece of Meguro's backstory.

@Hollow7F well the tutor was not really that much older than her from the look of it, since he was wearing his school uniform so at most would be at the end of high school since he mentioned having a recommendation so he didnt need to worry about studying, but meguro was indeed in middle school (unless the tutor was in some college that need him to wear a uniform if there is any in japan)

@Kisato yep thats why i said the teacher is either extremely naive or a straight asshole:

> if he was just naive then he didnt think that the guys that dont get rejected would try to do sex stuff with her eventually, and if she said she wasnt a virgin then they would jump on the opportunity to get laid.

> If he was an asshole then he pretty much set her up, probably planning to ditch her after he took her virginity, fully knowing what the boys would do (this is supported by the sexyness comment)

Even in the best scenario with him being naive, he still pulled some bullshit fucking his student and giving irresponsible advice even if it come from good intentions, either way im not liking him one bit, the hug was kinda passable but he instantly accepted her invitation...Fuck that shit

@Hollow7F Im aware it's naive, but I do want to hope that he's just naive as well. But yeah, fucking his student is not cool. But I think he was only a year or two older than her from what I've seen so it might not be as bad, still bad but less

@Hollow7F I completely agree with you. And if it is the first option, he is probably more bad than the second one, in a way: “you can’t be with her forever” then why give her hope / date her for a while?
And if he never understood her plain and passive personality...did he ever really looked at her and tried to understand her?
