What did she do?

Bullied the guy she is talking to, however, due to lack of flashbacks, we don't know how bad it was, we just know she is currently a victim of harsh bullying and that she seems to regret her bullying.

It was apparently bad enough she suspects until now, what with the dialogue turning white, that he is with her only for some revenge plan, but people can be irrational and maybe it was less harsh than what she currently endures.

Still, even being a former bully, she gets sympathy because...well, she is currently being genuinely bullied, seems to actually regret her past actions and the one friend she seems to have in the world is maybe just waiting for the best chance to hurt her immensely for the sake of revenge.
