GAH!!! WHY!!! Why did the author just had to bring out that "I'm a reincarnator" card!!!

... It was so good and interesting so far... Now i'm a little bit disappointed...
The author could have made the reason as because she longs for the freedom the commoner have. It made it seems like she is naive young lady who are also a dreamer. Who don't know the world because she was raised with so many expectation and restriction. But also a rebel who want to change the way her life it is now.
This could actually become a plot driving where she will see that it's not easy to become a commoner, the ups and down of those who have to work everyday to put food on their plate, etc

I'm not saying the reincarnator plot is boring, it just that i was expecting this NOT to be one of those...

@anzuda

Uh, you did notice this was in the Isekai Genre, right?

Either she would have been thrown into Japan, the MC who swept her off her feet was the reincarnstor, or she was.

A little bit of backstory re. the MC's family from the WN:

- The grandfather had intended his son (Lana's dad) to marry a noblewoman he'd selected himself. Instead the dad fell in love with a foreign princess (Lana's mom) and chose to marry her instead. The grandfather couldn't do much since she was royalty, but never forgave the son and their family for this insubordination.

@Valknight How Lana became an innkeeper should be explained in the next chapter.

@zz2000 So even though his son married a princess instead of a lower ranked noble he was mad because his son disobeyed him? Also what happened to her parents for her grandfather to have so much say in the family?

Let’s see; the banished ones either work at an inn, bake at a convent, or cook for fluffy beastmen.

I think there are harsher fates.

@ojoudere it's like Superman. People in universe can't tell the difference but it's clear to us.

@zz2000 that might require a spoiler tag, even if we've blown past that in the story, put something similar to "wn details" in front. What if you spoiled 1.4 there ;)

She's pulling out such exquisite makeup, I almost thought this is a Wedding Peach's style isekai... maybe she will killing monster with lipstick?

It's not, unfortunately.

Reading spoiler below, so technically, Lana is princess, right? To condemn a royalty without proof,, her kingdom's prince surely has guts (or maybe no one knows).

So far in raw manga I don't see much correlation between Reincarnation and work in Inn.

Suddenly...pinea..isekai!

It's somehow completely unrelated to the first parts. But well. Everything is just one chapter, I guess. So it works?

@magnetsmangadex its the way Superman acts and mannerisms that make him unrecognizable. keep in mind, superman was originally a fairly well built character, but not 'I live in the gym' built, i'm not 100% sure if any of his coworkers ever see him nude, because another thing you should notice, if someone has well built shoulders and istn wearing skin tight suits, it's very hard to tell what's under the clothing. So all you have left is superman's human persona which no one believes could ever be superman.

Try looking up people who have rippling muscles who just wear clothes that aren't skin tight. You would never expect to see that. And thanks to the internet, we have all seen someone who looks kind of like ourselves.

more or less, it all comes down to good writing and art, something comics have been lacking for a long time.
