I can get behind the teacher wanting to help a bullied student. But having the whole group of teachers + the director as allies is a bit over the top. At this point, reading this feels more like an utopia than something realistic.

The author could have added one or two adults who could have doubted the MC, or just a few characters who would have felt more neutral, to make it more believable because right now It's a bit hard to take it seriously. It feels like the author wants to rush to the conclusion.

As much as I like this manga and how the adults are getting involved, this feels more of a fantasy than those mangas where the opposite happens lol
Most of the times, for not saying everytime, bullying goes unnoticed or the teachers and school don't bother or brush it off to save face. That's part of why it is such a complicated issue in asian schools

I wish my middle school teachers & principals were like this growing up, thanks to my county’s asinine zero tolerance policy they almost suspended me simply because I blocked a bully’s punch to the face instead of taking the hit directly.

(That and two grades prior, when I was jumped and choked to the point of almost losing consciousness, all they got was suspended for the last week of school. No assault charges or anything.)

When I was a kid in middle school my mom told me, in front of the principle, that since I was getting suspended for not fighting, I might as well get my licks in if it happens again in the future. They didn't like that at all lmfao

For me it was in both elementary and junior high when my mom had to get involved. Elementary was when I was going to a school in the ghetto, where being only one of four white kids in the school led to a lot of confrontations. This particular one was when I tried to return a football thrown my way and the kids claimed I was trying to steal it. Got punched, I fought back, and I was the one they tried to suspend. My mom threatened a lawsuit, and suddenly I was cleared and the two kids that started the fight got expelled. Luckily I wasn't completely hated at that school and quite a few kids vouched for me as well.

The second one in junior high in a new school district in a rural area, a lot of kids and teachers didn't like me cause I wasn't from the area. This time it was a teacher that caused the situation since my mom discovered that my overall grade in that class didn't match the grades I got during tests, homework and quizzes. She was giving me a D for the class when I should've been B. The school tried to cover for the teacher and my mom threatened to sue. It was a double whammy for them since she was also threatening because of my sister being bullied at school to the point of suicide and the school was defending the girls that did the bullying.

Because of all this, I have made the decision that if I did have kids, I'm moving to the city. My sister and I went on to live with our dad outside of Charlotte and both of us had far better school lives. All the bullying stopped, we both made actual friends that we still keep in touch with 16-17 years after, great school programs. The little bit of bullying my sister got that I do remember got squashed by the school almost immediately since there were so many teens there the school didn't care if one or two problem teens got suspended or expelled. Just overall better compared to both of the previous small town crap.

As a teacher myself, it depends of the laws in the country. This work would be the ideal outcome from a teacher viewpoint dealing with that kind of situation, but it's far from reality.

If it turns into one of those "villain's dad is too powerful that even the teachers can't do anything about it" cliché, that would be just shitty writing.

While Kondo's dad IS "powerful and influential" and he does interject, he's not AS powerful as he likes to think, the school doesn't bend for him and worse, he gets caught out with his attempt to "Bribe and threaten" by the media so effectively he becomes a "hot potato" his faction use as a scapegoat. So while you are right in the cliche, you're wrong in that it actually works out for them (Kondo dos try to use "The schools reputation" and what not to TRY and threaten the teacher to "let it go" when he and Miyuki get interrogated later)

Probably no teacher as good as this one, but there are laws in my country that are very hard on any school does not take a bullying seriously.

I work at a school in acounting, and still had to take mandatory clases on how to detect and handle students that might have problems.

Later, right now she doesn't know about him being bullied, that "night" AKA Chapter 1, nor his almost suicide attempt! She will when Ao finally convinced Eiji to tell her! And with the Teacher.....turns out unknown to the three that night! A Foodie Streamer was nearby, heard the commotion and was filming still the ENTIRE THING! No voices, but it's OBVIOUS what happened seeing it! Kondo ASSAULTED Eiji! And Miyuki ran off with him leaving Eiji there! Let's just say "Ms. Aono makes it clear she REGRETS just GLARING and scaring Miyuki off back in the earlier chapter and wished she SKINNED the cheating bitch" Let's just say Miyuki turned a hole into a Mountain blows up on her as remember Both Aono's DON'T want their memories of the sweet girl she was to be destroyed with the slutty traitor standing in front of them now! Now that is destroyed for Ms. Aono! Oh and Ms. Aono GAVE HER much time to tell her mother the truth, Miyuki learns the hard way the OBVIOUS reaction of her mother when this happens.....she didn't tell her she and Eiji broke up, much less she cheated on him! So she finds out, RIGHT as Miyuki and Kondo get "picked up" during one of their "outings" and going to a Love Hotel do to "A certain guardian angel" stalking them and informing the cops of their features and what they were planning to do, it would have ended in a QUESTIONING, but Kondo despite all his bravado, is a COWARD at heart, he's only SMUG because nothing has blown up on him, hence he can't adjust to the situation, when the cops showed up, he tried to book it, abandoning Miyuki at that with a "Run for it" to her, which gets HER in trouble and he is QUICKLY caught and their brought in

Miyuki's mother comes to the station and you know what Miyuki tries to do, she starts with "claiming she was out with Eiji" still peddling her lies to her mother their still together....which gets her bitch slapped and her mother revealing Ms. Aono told her the truth! Miyuki was LYING to her mother, her mother TRUSTED her and well, it makes sense, she lied to everyone she "claims to care for" on behalf of protecting "A POS who by her own WORDS was meant to be a ONE TIME THING!" Yeah Kondo was mant to be ONE TIME, a "Something to look back at and smile" for her when she's LONG married to Eiji and had one or two kids as a CONQUEST/SUCCESS of her youth! Oh she "loves" Eiji, but how could she MISS the chance to sleep with a WILLING stud upperclassman! The "Love" for Kondo is "panic" because her life falls apart, and she clings to him because "he made her happy" AKA all those MOMENTS of cheating she did, she confused the "danger of being found out and acting like a bad girl" as GOOD because she's forgotten "it was never suppose to get that far! What will make you hate Kondo more, he tried AGAIN with the "Pick me over Eiji" right before the Officers confronted them and she almost considered it DESPITE trying to salvage things with Eiji! Of course Kondo didn't mean ANY of that shit, it was simply to turn Miyuki into Eri, that girl from his flashback, another STUPID "smart" girl who didn't see him for what he truly is! A reason he is also OBSESSED with Ao as well, yeah he tried for Ao before he went for Miyuki, Ao has REASONS to hate him involving her "Backstory with his family's business and her family misfortune because of them" but another is unlike Miyuki and Eri, she saw him for the horny dog fake LOSER that he was! Miyuki and Eri only saw the "easy handsome smooth talker" and fell for his trap! Miyuki WORSE then Eri because she THOUGHT she was in control when she never was the SECOND she said YES to his sex offer KNOWING she was cheating, but she convinced herself it was a ONE TIME and "it wasn't love so it didn't count" especially knowing THIS WAS HER FIRST TIME at that, so she WAS betraying Eiji MAJORLY, got GREEDY and it's all blowing up for her
