What the hell…this is amazing, actually. There’s none of that fantasy, old school bullshit happening where authorities don’t get involved, and things fester due to miscommunication??? Goated series. Once again, nice to see the competency from adult staff.

Thanks for the translation!
Unfortunately, the school being irresponsible is sometimes a reality. I remember watching news about school violence in my country, and it was kept hidden until someone with authority transferred elsewhere and one person finally got the courage to report it.

It's nice to see adults in this type of story be rational, compassionate, and most of them are ethical.

Sad that as a collective, we all agree that it's utter fantasy comparable to my fantasy of avon underwear model stepping out of the pages and take my virginity.

Being a voice of comfort that lets kids be kids is a nice turn of events, but above all else, I'm surprised the vice principal also organized specialized educational subsystems to help Aono still retain his education with the circumstances until he could be brought back into the fold with the issues resolved.

They also recognized that those measures were mainly stopgap while they actively looked into properly ending the issue on a social level.

Now that's some top-tier handling. Real actions that only adults could take. Initiative. Love to see it.

To be fair, that was exactly what happened until the moment Eiji and Ai tried to suicide together. I want to think this is the detail who makes plausible all this situation: how all the involved teachers think if they doesn“t do something, Eiji and Ai will die

Man if this was a bad series the protag would've been dead and reincarnated into another world and be an ntr protagonist or it be the most miserable slow burning train wreck like other series (a lot I've read). Who would've guessed having a little positive story in a story like this would feel refreshing :nyoron:

oh man this binge was over WAY too quickly. Such a good story so far I'm glad the teachers are actually useful.

This is the latest ā€˜Kondo News Flash’! -

According to the WN, Kondo has just arrived at his assigned destination in the Juvenile Detention Center and is being served with the first dose of his ā€˜Reality Check’ medicine. After being thoroughly searched to make sure that he wasn’t hiding anything and having his dignity trampled on, he gets a brief explanation and was shoved in a solitary cell in the ā€˜Seishin Dormitory Wing’… oh and this was AFTER his hair was SHAVED! (WTG for rocking the ā€˜Future Lex Luthor’ look!) 🤣🤣🤣

He was told for the first week in juvenile detention, he was being placed in a solitary cell to make him realize his crimes, and reflect on his delinquency. He would not be able to go outside. He would also undergo intelligence tests, health check ups, and interviews. He would not be able to go out or talk with anyone except for interviews with the staff, or the exercise sessions held every few days. no speaking to anyone due to his solitary confinement. And almost NO freedoms except for reading books. No lying down except for sleeping hours and even screaming is forbidden! He basically feels like he is being driven to insanity!

but the worst part came before he had even arrived at the detention center during his final visit with his lawyer. when he told Kondo his own analysis of Kondo’s delinquency, which he believes Kondo was compensating to confirm his parent’s love… his jealousy of Eiji and others who were in loving relationships, and his desire to destroy their bonds which also showed his twisted views of human relationships. His thinking that women were trophies, when the women who he took advantage of could also have viewed Kondo as a trophy and just as easily discarded him as well!

as his lawyer left, he gave Kondo his parting words saying ā€œDelinquency that starts from a twisted place will ultimately only lead you to twisted destinations. As of now you’re just repeating a negative loop. I hope what we talked about today helps you in your rehabilitation, even if just a little. good medicine usually tastes bitter, right?ā€
