Well, now that he wont use those strategies, that albeit cost lives, now he will not win the battles so swiftly I guess...

Since now Cecil isn't battle junkie, has a reason to live, wont jump into the battlefield and thous winning the significant battles...

I'm not sure how this will help when inevitably the battle hardy country will invade, unless he will pull some shit out of his ass.
