@Ggmista Its not about the fight being straightforward, I just don't like when powers come out of nowhere to win fights. Thats one of the appeals of JoJo's to me. I suppose if you're interested in the rock insects this would be fun, but I can't say I am. You'd think with all the standing around and expositing that's occurred throughout these past several chapters, we'd understand more about what's going on.

@TTO625 Hat josuke getting the spin isn't that much "out of nowhere" I mean, half of him is Kira, a descendant of the Joestars, so it is in his blood I guess.. I'm not sure what everyone does not understand, maybe a re-read would be helpful? I also don't know why so many people insist that Jobin is alive, even if he is then the best I could think for him is burning the airplane door instantly like magician's red, that is if he is even alive anymore.

First chapter I understood in awhile, JoJo fight scenes are so good, Araki still got it.

Hopefully next chapter ends this arc I like everything about this arc its great but man it's been going on for a while now and more and more people want it to end so yeah. Also I wished we could switch focus to what's happening back in the Higashikata house its been like what 15 chapters since Jobin died and we still haven't seen the reactions of Mitsuba,Hato,Daiya and Tsurugi or what they're even doing. I wished Mitsuba or Hato could come out and save Yashuo maybe Mitsuba redirecting the slide panel or Hato stretching her heels to stop the slide panel, or certain characters like Kaato and Karera returning. Fuck man so many things I want to happen in this part but aren't happening gotta wait 2 months too, God this is so painful.

@TTO625 Are you complaining about new powers being implemented during the fight? So does that mean that you don't want any new powers to be implemented but just use the powers which we know from Chapter 1? Do you have any idea how boring that would be, there's no way Araki would ever think about doing that. If this is your preference then I'm sorry but JoJo just might not be for you.

@TTO625 Chapter 70 had Josuke bubbles be revealed to be spinning lines didn't come out of nowhere but I get why you would think that. Jotaro's timestop came out of nowhere. Also I have to agree man one of the best appeals of JoJo is that you really don't need plot convenient power-ups to win but your ingenuity. I wished Josuke's original plan worked where he put objects inside of his bubbles that would scrape anything in their path because the objects inside spun really fucking fast that was really cool bait for WOU but its whatever I still like this arc and part as a whole.

Araki has been losing his marbles more and more as the years progress. Massless rock animals, vague powers that change and work as scenario needs, impossible recovery from fatal wounds, etc. It's all a fever dream.

@Bootybug I get what you mean but the recovery from fatal wounds is justified because certain arcs in jojo take weeks to months apart so yeah (also healers) but blood loss doesn't kill anyone in this series lol. Also with the "vague powers that change and work as scenario needs" I totally see where you're coming from with this but if a power is vague it just means it versatile not just changing to meet certain standards for the current battle. The rock animals thing I don't really care about all that. All in all I understand your critiques but I don't think Araki is losing anything he's actually been improving in writing.
