This confirms it, his ability is very similar to Toaru’s Railgun (Misaka Mikoto). So maybe he also has a way to launch a high-speed projectile with electromagnetism (through the rings of his weapons perhaps).

If they do, it would actually be more accurate than Misaka because railguns need a really long barrel to accelerate the metal to crazy speeds. The thing railguns in manga always ignore though is the ungodly kickback. When a navy battleship fires a railgun the ENTIRE ship gets knocked backwards like up to 10 feet.

The other thing is that railguns need crazy impulses of energy, usually by slowly charging up a fuck ton of super capacitors (Sorta like a battery, but it discharges all its energy like a camera flash rather than a steady output).

to react before being hit, he have to increase dynamic vision, and brain processing power.

or use training to predict moves and react accordingly, but yeah that reaches a limit where upgrading senses and processing becomes necessary
