Great start if the quality don't drop and turn into isekai-ish, I'd rate this a 9/10, my complain on this chapter is that the exposition is too forced, I mean they've been doing it for years so why are they discussing what are their organization's job? And the demon lord every 10 years thing is too short of a gap, should've been at least a century gap between the demon lord's birth so that it's excusable that the previous hero couldn't help the new hero because they're either too old or dead
