I'm talking about both MangaDex and NamiComi, yes, since both platforms can benefit from the influx of both people and content, but we'll probably need to prepare a bit, since for now there's no official "shutdown" date

It will be interesting to see what they will do with the content and coins (or whatever they are called on tapas) that "legal readers" purchased. Personally this is why I am not a fan of most digital platforms as there is nothing that stops them for cutting and running leaving the end users with nothing (GOG and JNC are two exceptions that immediately come to mind).

Question: If there are works on Tapas that are no longer being supported by their creators, would uploading them here for archival purposes fall under the Ex-License Holder provision?

Not sure tbf, but I'd assume it would depend on what they end up announcing, since right now there hasn't been any formal statements from Tapas themselves, so right now we can only wait
