I belong to the "literal party", i.e., I tend to prefer TL notes than somewhat forced localizations. But I obviously appreciate the effort from TL team, and a good group like TSP always does a great job at that, so zero complains for this chapter...

Our translator understood all of the information in the note from reading the chapter.
There's no place to get the information from anyway. After all, we are ahead of the official translation.

You miss one major detail in one part, Takagi-san ponytail friend name is called Sumire, which reveal in both original script and anime which her full name is call "Takagawa Sumire" (鷹川すみれ).

The "majorness" of that point is debatable,
but unfortunately it's hard to debate the importance of information in a translation with someone who has no translation experience and knows no Japanese.
