I liked her too - Katsuwo-sensei's other female leads (they're all female) are in high school or elementary, so it's kinda hard to relate to them. They're adorable, sure, but as a working adult, it's more of a reminiscent "how nice to be young" kinda thing. But I can definitely imagine working with Tamako, and knowing me, I might get a little annoyed. But I appreciate and respect her unabashed-ness.
