At this time, only fans in the USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand can read free VIZ Manga chapters or subscribe to access the VIZ Manga digital library. If you live in a country that isn't on that list, you can contact Viz via this link and express your interest.

Whats a Anglosphere?
Every country that Viz has the rights to publish the manga that Shueisha and Shogakukan license to them. Basically, the US, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland.

They recently updated Viz Manga - it was just US and Canada before - so they definitely are aware that people want them to publish in other countries. Problem is that it takes time to work out contracts, especially for places which are already publishing the manga natively.

People getting pissy about region locking manga must forget that official publishers can't just publish chapters and volumes worldwide, they need permission from the original rights holders and locally within each country/region too, otherwise they'd likely get sued to hell and back, especially if another company is already publishing the series locally.
While Shueisha might have a way to publish chapters digitally worldwide, other JP publishers like Shogakukan (which does Komi btw) might not have the money to spend or even the desire to have something similar, so the Viz Manga app and web page is the closest thing there is legally.

Literally not mad about it. It's just that if you block an uploader or group, they really don't show up on the latest Updates page. Nothing wrong with curating what I'll see, especially from a group I'll never read from anyway.

Agreed, it's insane that people are mad about this, it's their fault for living in inferior countries after all.

You just don't deserve this stuff yet, live with it.

With a VPN, you can read it easy.

Also, it'll probably end up on some other aggregators out there anyway.

You're hardly losing anything.
