Artist is a known woman and there hasn't been any reason stated for her hiatus, so hiatus being because of pregnancy is highly likely.

The author was working fine in a different work during the months this was on break, then attended autograph sessions and other events for that work during september-october, so this work hiatus wasn't anything health issue related or pregnancy, likely she doesn't want to work on both at the same time (since the other work didn't have chapters for a while since this one started, it pretty much resumed and got a 6th volume when this one went on break)
