That's still true. The male adventurers in the city are by and large far too over-leveled to still hang around. That "establishment" is the only reason this is the case. She's just saying that Kazuma's little "philosophy" makes them more reluctant to work in general. Though that too is debatable, given the presence of even more shameless NEETs, like Dust.
