What is the fixation of drinking coffee without sugar? In my country the absolute majority of the population drinks coffee with sugar. And we usually start drinking before the age of 7.
High quality espresso or coffee is acceptable served black, otherwise the cream and sugar cover up much of the flavor.
Cream is magical stuff that turns even the crappiest coffee into something passable. Sugar for espresso only, though I will do honey if I want to be traditional or am feeling spicy (aka boozing up my coffee).

@Kaduufrrj A lot of people love to SAY they drink only the blackest coffee, forged from the beans out of the deepest parts of Africa, but 99% of them are just flat out lying.
