It just means "Victory" in German. Sure it is very possible for it to have a Nazi salute or some concept related to Nazism (endsieg), but it's a word. Now the word Führer, is something else. It can be used as a suffix, but by itself it's associated with Nazism. Don't quote me on this since I just got this from the internet.
