If this issue sounds familiar, that's because I already reported it before. I previously wanted to just bump that thread up but I can't find it oof.
So, here's the chain of events:
-Someone comments on the comment section of a manga, not the chapters.
- That comment pops up in the "latest posts" section, manga section.
-Anyone, even with H filter on, can see that comment.
-Along with the thumbnail of the manga, in this case a hentai with pornographic images on it.
I forgot who but a mod say that the loophole will be fixed as soon as possible although I am still seeing it; the only difference I am recalling is that now the red H box is not next to hentai titles. As evidence, I'm going to comment on the latest H manga as of time of writing and you can see it in the "latest posts" of "manga".
P.s. The latest hentai manga doesn't have porn on the thumbnail.
