I think what needs to happen is Mari and Seki should swap agents.
Pon attends their school and likely would have knowledge of suitable targets for platonic friends for Mari to build up a social network. He already has a personal rapport and trust built up with Mari. If he got all the info Kon has collected thus far, I think he'd be far better suited for the present task than Kon, who had an avoidant attachment style and an impersonal connection with Mari.
Moreover, the irony of this situation is that Seki (and his two friends) would actually be a highly suitable targets as platonic guy friends for Mari, and Pon could leverage his knowledge of Seki as a person and Mari's trust in him to repair the relationship.
Meanwhile, since Kon has a lot of actual knowledge of Mari as a person, she's more suitable for guiding Seki to slowly bridge the gap with Mari while avoiding a toxic relationship due to Mari still having a lot of unpacked baggage.
As it stands now, I feel the current client-agent pairs are actually mismatched for handling their client's issues.
