This manga is absolutely GOATed for the simple reason that the MC and the FMC establish an actual relationship relatively early on, and we get to see the relationship grow and mature over time

Too often does a series drag out the “possibility” of a relationship (looking at you, rent a girlfriend) that it gets stale. Or they lean too heavily into the harem tropes, which is also stale

The other female characters don’t take away from the plot, they have their own relationships and stories, and they don’t needlessly pine over the MC. Overall, I personally think this should be the new standard for how mangakas approach romance

How come this bland shit get so much attention
because it rubs into their ntr hidden love, they see a potential love interest being taken into other males harem, other being taken by other dudes and all behind a wall of mc being a monogamous boring ass guy with a dominant wife, she decides how the relationship goes and MC just tags along...so in the end this has a hidden ntr feeling for most and female domination kink with furries they love so much from hentais, but this one they can love openly because its disguised into a shonnen bland story, the praises this gets doesnt even make sense considering that this MC is like any other shonnen overpowered bland MC with no real personality, the said "well built romance" is just MC going along with what the furry decides, since he has the personality of a potato. most of the ones praising it will always mention romantic relationship between other characters as the why this is good, and almost none of them can speak a real quality that would set this apart of the other stories they say are bad, cause the MC is the same, same setting, same kind of stuff happening, and i already said about his love life...this is as bad as any story of this style. for me this is a story that women usually like

Eugh. I give this 5/10, based on the first few chapters.

I guess this manga gets better later judging by the other ratings, but I've been reading the beginning chapters and they are, IMO, trashy enough that the later ones can't be worth the journey.
Most of the world and its characters is reasonable and OK, mind you, it's just that everything related to the LitRPG part of this world is total BS and ruins the rest of it by association.

Why the heck does the fake-hero guy start out strong but level like weaksauce?
Why the heck does the MC start weak but get infinite stats at level 2?
Why the heck does he have access to every magical spell in the world?
Why the heck does the System itself give him pop-up notices and do his homework for him?

The answer is obvious to me - the author simply doesn't care about that stuff, so they're hand-waving it.
Making a proper balanced System was too boring, so they simply... didn't.

Thing is, if you want to give the character godlike powers and drop them in a fantasy world, there's a better way to do so - you just put them in the body of their max-level mmorpg character. It's a tired trope, but it's a whole lot less clunky than this plot.
You can even skip the LitRPG stuff and just give them god-powers directly. Which is also better than this plot.

BTW, it seems demons are ontologically evil in this world, since the MC's OP purification spell vaporized an army of them by accident.
But the one demon we see doesn't act like pure evil. So why did that army die? Did he just kill thousands of innocents? Does the author care?
