It sure is generic, but I think it's just a nice read for when you're bored...
Tbh, Isekai is definition of Generic. Only real way to not make it generic is to figure out how not to make all the girls fall in love into Male MC, and all the Princes not fall for Female villainess.
"I was reincarnated into world of sword and magic, but I hate people and want to destroy the world and kill it's goddess because I am tired of stupid cliches"

Well, breaking cliches for the sake of being different isn't so good either, I think it's best if author's began expanding on these ideas, like, why always fantasy Isekai? Maybe something like Metro, or maybe even monster hunter, go in depth on the details and the ecosystem of the world etc. etc. there's a lot of potential here.

You are right, but when people hear "Isekai", people default to imagining "fantasy" world, rather than some post apocalyptic world/future world.
It would quickly alienate half of potential readers cause as is with "fantasy", "post-apocalypse" isn't exactly super popular either.
But I get your point.
I was more referring to "fantasy" genre myself, cause that's exactly the type of Isekai I enjoy. Killing dragons, drinking ale at the bar and clearing out dungeons.:aquadrink:

True, it would certainly alinate a lot of readers, but I do think there's a way around it.

The story can still be a pretty generic Isekai, it just doesn't have to do the same thing(keep the academy tho, it sells), a lot of ideas come off the top of my head honestly, honestly I'm REALLY itching for some good old dungeon clearing story with no magic or politics/academy stuff, just straight up dungeon crawling

Same man, same. Do check out "Otherside Picnic" though. It's not really "isekai" per se, since characters can move somewhat freely between worlds, but it's closest thing to what you described. It's pretty underrated and is probably closest thing you will get to Stalker'esq isekai manga.

But it's also much more "alien" than stalker could ever be.

Isekai in a game as a villain, from weak to strongest, maid sidekick, beat the villain arc.
can be generic but a good read. Not kind of pushy kind of story, it emphasize the growth and character developments which are now being ignored as essential context of the story, that which I like.
more episodes please! (else will feed thy self in raws for now)

Why are people already giving this a 10/10? Does this have more chapters somewhere else or something?
