Was just thinking it was about time to suffer a loss in court, then they seemed to give us a character that looks like they might deserve an actual loss (which doesn't equal deserving the punishment this court comes up with, mind you.) She did get properly defeated, but got away with it on a technicality that can be used in future cases.
