Guess that was just a ruse to keep the truth from Kiichiro.

I wonder who it could be...someone related to Kiichiro? I doubt it is someone from Kishi's past, since she was an orphan in a sweat shop.

"Hayaseke Family" is actually "Hayase-Ke" Or "Hayase Family". (家 = house/home/family)
Probably an accidental case of redundancy, much like "Master K-sama".
