After the heartfelt conversation I thought we wouldn't be able to fit in Mephisto, but oh my gosh Nishi-sensei is a genius. So much in one chapter!! There was Opera and Iruma getting closer, Opera's first impressions of Iruma, a full page of drumroll (Clara is the best lol) , what his rank is, so much!

It's a bit of a cliffhanger, but these last 2 chapters have been totally worth it.

I was wondering about the closeness of Opera and Iruma at the early part of the series, out of nowhere Opera is so attached to Iruma when there were not much interaction. I felt like I missed a chapter or something when they became good friends.

I guess the author was saving this just for this or just realized that there were not much backstory with opera and finally dropped this lore for us readers
