in this particular relationship, I'd say "keeper" might fit best. Clara and Iruma are typically rather chaotic, and Azz is the one who makes sure they get where they need to be, preferably with only a minor amount of property damage. Which I don't think is an older sibling thing, personally. And, if anyone is the "big sibling" here, though, it's probably Clara. She does have that Big Sis energy, after all.

Edit: I feel it's relevant to note that I'm an older sibling, and with enough of a gap I played third parent to my sibling for a while. Still didn't usually manage him like that, though.

Edit: If he makes his identity as Irumi known, it will only increase his fame and power. Massively. Some of the audience won't follow, but new ones will show up if he does more performances.
I don't know if it applies here, but the anime removed all gendering from clothing. Big retcons, but for the only thing even heteronormative about this manga is Iruma's assumptions about life until he was called Irugly.
Well, that or around the time he went on the date with Azz-Azz. He was clearly on the biromantic pipeline at the least with the date and the soulmates and such. They already cuddled and napped and shit. "That was always allowed".
I'm pretty sure his other friends know what "soulmates" means to these three.

I'm sorry to go off, but I cannot with this series. I feel so seen. We just need a trans character (aside Opera, who's been living their best life since high school at the latest, so it's not relatable to me) and I cannot think of any labels that don't at least get allegory for something about me that are covered. If we give half a gold star to Iruma for Irumi time, it's an A- on relatability.

Because Delkira didn't want to work with Mephistopheles, and instead was really arbitrary and selfish and goofy.
Delkira left an empty seat and was so popular that no one has the chutzpah to take it.

Mephistopheles wants Iruma on the throne, but with his guidance to be an effective, reliable ruler.

I'm extrapolating a bit, but I think that's the general vibe.
