Iruma having 9000 evasion stat suddenly made more sense. I have to reread the whole series to check, but has he not been injured, ever? I know he fed that demon monster before, but he injured himself intentionally IIRC and you'd think a beast would have less control than the smarter humanoid devils, but he was totally alright.

Also, there's blood involved during a woman's period and childbirth... if a little scrape can trigger that, I have no idea how she's still alive if she's NOT the mangaka Iruma worked for before.

I brought up before that if the mangaka is really was Merize, so Iruma, and then to an extent his parents, have a connection to the demon world. Merize might have known or learned how to contact the demon world, with his parents somehow learning to do that too.

Lastly, there's also a possibility that Merize only found out she was pregnant after she gets sent back into the human world after this, but she somehow sent Ameri back to the demon world.
