Speaking on Iruma not being affected by the netherworld like Merize was, we have to remember that Merize did not have the ring that Iruma’s been wearing through his entire time in the netherworld.(which may have given him protection from the environment since it has given him access to magic and other demon related abilities like an evil cycle, etc.)
Depending on how time flows in the netherworld vs the human realm, we don’t know yet how long its been since this situation with Merize occurred. We’ll just have to wait and see how the story concludes and if she is sent back to the human realm, does she keep her memories or are they fully wiped.

I don’t remember exactly but I remember Henry mentioning that he would meet with Merize in the field of flowers, where the human world gate was. Would that have been only during the time we just saw until her pregnancy? Or is there a chance that once she is sent home to earth, she was able to come back sporadically to see Henry and her baby Ameri, and on those meetings in the flower field she brought back copies of First love Memories as she was writing them. I’m thinking of something like that happening since I’m pretty sure that she didn’t bring any of those books with her in this first trip to the demon realm, but Ameri currently has so many volumes of the books in her possession. If Henry can’t go with her to the human realm, then who was bringing all of those books back into the demon realm?

Wait a minute, if the influence of the underworld gradually damages and weakens humans, then why is Iruma perfectly fine? Ugh, what is it about Iruma that makes him different from the rest? It seems to me that the theories that Iruma might be half-demon, the vessel for Delkira's soul, or even his reincarnation are gaining traction.

counter argument, first volumes were made when she was on the human realm before getting lost, so prolly already a lot of volumes already made, then she suddenly returns to earth (we actually don't know how much time passes between each side), then she started to work there again and at some point got Iruma to work as an assistant (which we know it happened)

Personally, and this is just my opinion, I don't think it's a good idea to send her to the human world in this state, to be honest, we only a few good person in the world we living not not so different than underworld just that they have magic and we don't, it cruel alright, not like a lot of people will see a person laying around in a dark alley let along call for help, they just continue their work and don't care about the world, let along a woman, unless after the door open she got send into hospital bed like straight in for people to help, or she get back her strength after return but do i mentioned that she just give birth not so long ago? Standing straight already a problem.

Ah... No, you are leaning too much toward "all humans are evil". Yeah, most people would not see her in an alley, but a few steps and she would be in the middle of a bustling street, and eventually someone would help her.

We were warned after Henri finished part 1 of the story ending with Mezri being pregnant that the rest wasn't a happy story. We should have listened.

The problem with this theory is that it's stated that there are hundreds of volumes of First Love Memories.
If Ameri is sixteen at the start of the story, then that means that roughly that same amount of time has passed since this moment.
Even if she wrote a chapter a week, every week, for sixteen year straight, and they were all long enough that each manga volume was six chapters, that would only be a little shy of 140 volumes.

What can i say, Iruma works fast and is a great helper.

My guess is there's a time dilation between the two worlds and are in fact not going at the same pace.

My only concern with sendng her back is that she's currently in that state, more so who will help her if she ends up somewhere unfamiliar when she goes back, does the door lead to only that place? Cuz didn't sullivan picked iruma up while on a boat or something iirc? There's so many problems here....
