So we're not gonna talk about how they just had all 3 chapters up after complaining about being understaffed for months and "just couldn't possibly keep up" with normal releases? It took a lone heroic, probably misguided, sniper to either light a fire under them or push them to stop dragging their lazy asses.
What the fuck are you talking about with this "lone heroic" and "push them to stop dragging their lazy asses" shit? The sniper just uploads one chapter, while Misfit has been uploading not just this but also Iruma-kun related spinoffs for at least three years at a pretty consistent rate.

honestly, even if Kirio says Iruma is a human to Alice, I have two scenarios in my mind. 1. Alice already knows or suspected it cause Alice may be kind of an airhead but he's still smart and since he has spent a lot of time with Iruma he should have realized that he's not acting like any demon would. 2. He will accept Iruma is a human the moment he hears it cause I don't think his loyalty would waver

Even if he learns that Iruma is human, Azz is going to stay loyal to him no matter what.

Wait, her dad is aware?
Yeah, that came up a long time ago. He basically pulled Iruma aside and was like "Look, if you don't want to be in hell, you don't have to. We can send you back to Earth.", but Iruma turned him down.
Also, what happened to Iruma's prized danger sense? He just went after Kirio without a second thought...
I don't think Iruma's really in danger yet. Kirio can't actually attack him right now, or he'd blow his own cover. He might be irredeemably evil, but he's not stupid.

i mean, i think with how everyone has, to some extent, become drawn to Iruma it wouldn't be the "we're all the same deep down", instead their relationship and dedication to one another making them indifferent to him being a human, at least depending on how much prejudice or contempt they show to humans (which for the misfit class has barely been touched upon in general, even if Alice has been show to be kind of supremacist).

It certainly barely mattered to Amelie, even if she was predisposed to not be bothered by it, or Bachiko, who had already developed enough of a bond with him (IIRC? Don't remember if she's told so before or after teaching him archery) to not care after being told.
it's not only their class, it's just the overall demon society don't really consider humans at all. Basically mythological creatures few believe even existed in the 1st place. It's like he was in human society, looked in every way like a human but then was revealed he was, i dunno, a gnome. Like, ok? how is that important in any way shape or form? it's not like he's a menace or that gnomes have a real, concrete material history with humanity. it's nothing. It's a non-issue. You get what i'm tryna get at here?
Demons don't have a pre-conception of humans that'd put him in a severely dangerous position. Him being human has barely mattered at all except when it's an advantage. All his other problems (no wings, no horns, no magic powers) have just been shoved under the rug, and are not even that big of a deal, the characters themselves aknowledged it. He's never been in a situation where being human was a complete and total disavantage. That's my main gripe with the series.

didn't last long before they admitted everything was staged. i thought the author would have kept it hidden for at least 3 chapters.

In theory, Alice shouldn't be too off put knowing the truth, on top of the fact that Iruma is still Iruma is his general outlook, he already knows that Iruma is keeping a secret that he isn't ready to tell his friends. Maybe we'll see Alice stop the statement himself because he wants to hear the truth from Iruma when Iruma is ready 🤔

I mean it was pretty obvious it was staged between Iruma's attack being blocked, the fact that we're all pretty sure Baal kidnapped Behemoth (and in turn modified him) among other details. Hiding it would just be insulting to the readers and drawing things out unnecessarily 🤔

Really hoping Baal gets outed soon, not just because he pulled the biggest Dick move yet, but because this massively downplays what was essentially described as chthonic gods a few chapters earlier (on top of making all the attendants look really really stupid for following for such an obvious ploy and the security look terrible for poor crisis response). As they were described even if Princess Shura is a minor, this entire event should have been a joke to her and especially to her guard unit. Its honestly not even that Baal manipulated the situation, its just embarrassing and counter to what we’ve been told for them to both be this shooken by a single crown rebelling/mutated demon and easily swayed by being rescued like a damsel in distress.

It can entirely be the case that that the Deities aren’t as invincible as rumored, but this was like hilariously pathetic. Like if Princess Shura is this week and her guards this bad at guarding the fact that she was even sent their raises some alarms for me. Based on Iruma and Azzy’s response this would literally put them belong students. If all the deities are this weak then I don’t understand how they maintained such a high position in the hierarchy (there doesn’t seem to be any corruption but maybe there’s some world government and celestial dragon level shit going on behind the scenes). It’d also mean they’re using the term deity very loosely which is unfortunate.

Also sad we didn’t see much more of milf dom badass scary beautiful 13 crown mom/escort showing up. This would have overall been a great situation to show off why the 13 crowns are the 13 crowns, why the people in attendance are considered for the position, and why the border patrol and security forces are able to maintain peace. Also not sure how everyone was panicking and only looking out to protect the people they cared about, but everyone was also able to see Baal whole heroic display and no one saw Iruma’s massive arrow combined with Az’s fire magic be blocked deliberately by a staged barrier…

I’ve been feeling weird about this chapter since rereading it and only able to pinpoint why after writing this, but this was such an anti climatic conclusion with all that build up. I mean, I assume the festivities aren’t over, but Baal’s plan is and so is the big betrayal conflict we were building too. And that was so disappointing. It was like if the Justice League invited a bunch of superheroes and all members to an induction ceremony for new heroes with new gods as special guests (or older gods), for some reason Lex Luthor was invited and staged a supervillain attack, and then no one did anything and panicked except obviously evil Lex Luthor in a room full of the most elite and trained people in the entire world and a literal god got saved like a damsel in distress.
It could be they're on par with someone like Zeno with the level of control they're described to have, but ultimately are fairly weak themselves (in this case their control probably has some restrictions only they know of.). It could even be a One Piece Celestial Dragon situation where they're just deified because of the origin of the Demon World while the majority of their descendants aren't all that great in reality 🤔 .

True, though from Kirio's point of view attacking Iruma is just a form of love.
